MR or change in circumstances (or both!)?

Hello, I'm looking for some advice please. Following my negative decision I was going to submit a MR (things said in assessment that weren't in the report), but since then I have changed my medication (now on morphine) and have had an OH report done for my employer. Can I submit those changes as part of my MR? Surely not a whole new application? Thanks in advance. MrB.

A change of medication is not a change of circumstances so yes you can tell them this when writing the MR.
More evidence can be sent providing it relates to how your conditions were at the time the assessment took place. A worsening of condition will not be considered.
When writing the MR you should put the report away because that isn’t going to get you a PIP award.
What you need to concentrate on is where and why you think you should have scored those points. Include a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.
The most likely outcome of the MR will be the decision will remain the same. Timescales for decisions are between 2-12 weeks.

Thanks Poppy, noted and much appreciated. However, in their decision report they have justified several of their 'no award's' by including a statement to the effect of "no OH input", so I will be including the report, as well as doing as you've suggested. Thanks.
