    Don't like the char taste only good thing is men tend to take over the cooking

    When we do a barbecue  we wrap everything in foil and we do baked potatoes on it and corn on the cob  and we do a big bowl of fresh salad with a dressing  and stand it on a bed of ice and we have fruit cocktails with ice

    That's fair enough @leeCal! The smoke can irritate my eyes sometimes.

    I always forget you can BBQ fish @Sandy_123... I agree on veg, especially corn on the cob.

    As well as the skewers i also love mushrooms on the barby - they look ugly, dried up but their not - so juicy and tasty.
