Hi, my daughter took my MR evidence to the post office on Friday, to send via next day delivery and was told that the address I was given is not a full address so can’t be sent via that service.
The address on my to do list is
FREEPOST
universal credit full service
I called UC, but they don’t know the address! They put a note on my journal for my case manager to contact me with the address by 6pm today. My work coach doesn’t know the address and I’ve left messages for my case manager, but no reply.

I’m really scared because I only have until 14th July to get it to them.
I’ve been trying to find the address online and have found one in Wolverhampton and one in Canterbury, but I don’t know which, if any, to use.
Is anyone able to help please. I am desperate 😢

As you have access to your journal you can request the MR on there, it will save posting too, which will take longer. Next day delivery doesn't mean UC will receive it the following day. It will be signed for by someone from Royal Mail but it can often take a few weeks to be added to the system.

should work. Trouble is Post Office don’t always know that these addresses work.
Alternatively, if you are able, you could ask your Work Coach whether they can give you a link to let you upload it.
You have up to 13 months to lodge an MR so don’t get stressed if you are going slightly over one month.1 -
Thanks Poppy, I requested the MR on 16th June.
On my to do list it just gives the option to book an appointment with my work coach to show my evidence (which I can’t do) or send it to the incorrect address. There is no option for me to upload my evidence.0 -
Thank you calcotti, think I was posting at same time as you.
My work coach is lovely, but I don’t think she knows what she is doing to be honest. Also if uploading the evidence is an option, I don’t understand why I haven’t been told this.0 -
This is an address that I have but is not a specific MR one so dont know if this is helpful.

That's an address for the health assessment providers, who have nothing to do with the MR process.

Well, as I said, I was not sure if it was helpful.
