When you say about your circumstances changing do you mean with your disability like it got worse or better? With this a change of circumstances reassessment for PIP?1

If a decision's been made on your change of circumstances and you were refused then this decision will overrule your previous decision so payment will stop the day the decision was made.First step to appeal is to request the Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) you should put this in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. Include a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.May i ask if this was a change of circumstances for a worsening of condition? Did you get some expert advice before reporting changes?1

@poppy123456,@Biblioklept, thank you for taking the time to reply, my disability as far as I’m concerned it’s a new problem, now to do with my neck and my old problem was due to my back, I really really don’t know where to start 😢0

PIP isn't awarded based on any diagnosis. A blue badge doesn't help a PIP claim. If you've been refused then your next step is to request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR)

@poppy123456 thank you do I wait for the letter, then request an MR over the phone or can I write to them ? This has been going on since Dec 20210

It's always better to put the request in writing. You should state where any why you think you should have scored those points. Include a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.Timescales for MR are between 2-12 weeeks, sometimes longer. The most likely outcome is the decision will remain the same. Only 27% of people have the decision changed at that stage. If this happens then you can request the Tribunal. It can be a long process.0
