I asked my work coach previously if I'm eligible for the cost of living payment and was referred to the government guidelines however I'm still confused because I've read that if I get housing benefit that I'm not eligible but I do get UC lwcra and pip so can anyone clarify any of this for me please

Because you receive UC you will definitely get the 1st half of the £650 grant. As long as you received some UC during the qualifying dates in April/May.
The qualifying dates for the 2nd half have not been set yet.
It is people who receive housing benefit only who do not get it.
As you also get PIP you will get a further £150 some time in September.0 -
Unless you’re living in either supported or temporary housing then your rent would be covered by UC. This is known as housing element. Housing benefit is completely different.2
