Well people it can only happen to me I have heat stroke 🥵 I can't keep nothing down my temp won't come down and I'm burnt Jesus I only went out for an hour I put factor 50 suncream on obviously that didn't work! Well it's teatime where I am and it's still about 33c oh help me I can't cope my sons school is closed tomorrow because of this heatwave

    Sorry to hear this @Nicetomeetyou22, if you get concerned about the impact the heat is having on you you can always contact 111 for medical advice or your doctor. Take care and drink plenty of fluids, hopefully you feel better soon and of course we're always here for a chat :)

    Hi @Biblioklept I got fans drank plenty and went to bed early I slept okish I'm just too hot again as its 36c here I'm going to go and lie down with the children at 7.15pm like I did last night I was asleep by 7.45pm haha 😄  hope you are keeping safe in this warm weather xxx

    Glad to hear you are looking after yourself @Nicetomeetyou22. Hydration and fans are really key in this heat.

    In addition to this, I recommend ice cream/ice lollies if you have not yet had any. Hopefully, the sleep will help as well  :)

    @L_Volunteer I have drunk 8 bottles of water today and I have had 2 ice lollies it's still about 32c here my kids are playing in garden haha 😄
