Well people it can only happen to me I have heat stroke 🥵 I can't keep nothing down my temp won't come down and I'm burnt Jesus I only went out for an hour I put factor 50 suncream on obviously that didn't work! Well it's teatime where I am and it's still about 33c oh help me I can't cope my sons school is closed tomorrow because of this heatwave

Hi @Biblioklept I got fans drank plenty and went to bed early I slept okish I'm just too hot again as its 36c here I'm going to go and lie down with the children at 7.15pm like I did last night I was asleep by 7.45pm haha 😄 hope you are keeping safe in this warm weather xxx

@L_Volunteer I have drunk 8 bottles of water today and I have had 2 ice lollies it's still about 32c here my kids are playing in garden haha 😄
