Hey guys! I’ve had a mole on my collar bone since I was a child. Just lately it’s been very itchy and today I touched it and some crust feel off. It literally looks like a coco pop. Drs can’t get me in for an appointment until 18th August. Has anyone else ever had anything like this?

We can’t give medical advice but I can say that I had a mole crust up and fell off completely! No more mole, had it since I was a child. Another one grew and grew and I saw a doctor who sent me somewhere where they took a photograph of it and by analysing the picture they were able to tell me that it wasn’t cancerous, it had become a skin lesion.

you're right to get it checked as soon as possible though just in case. 🙂

I had a mole couple of years ago turns out it had got bigger because it had grown a wart on top, took them 2 minutes to remove it at the hospital, if you can't see a GP till 18/8 ask if you can see a practice nurse maybe ?

That's such a long wait for GP appointment!!! Can't you see nurse practitioner? They can refer as well and usually have quicker appointments available <3

It can definitely feel worrying when you experience a change in one of your moles @chlooooxxx. Have you tried any of the suggestions above?

Fingers crossed it won't be anything to be concerned about :)
