Whether there's any money owed will depend on what date exactly you report your health condition and the date you usually receive your money each month. This is because it's not paid at all during the full 3 month waiting period and it's then paid from the 4th month after you reported the health condition. Providing you sent fit notes without any gaps until the decision was made on your WCA.0

Hi thanks for the reply my sickness started in October so I was told I should receive from January but iv not hurd anything since they told me I was entitled on the 11th July thanks0

Based on limited information the LCWRA element should be paid from either Feb or March 2022. It often takes a few weeks to recieve any money that's owed because they first have to recalculate your past statements to work out exactly what they owe you. Once this is done you'll receive a letter on your journal telling you how much is owe, it will then be paid into your bank. You can put a message on your journal under the payment section to ask about the money thats owed.0

When you leave a message onto your journal tell them the date you reported the health condition and also tell them that you believe you're owed some money. I can't tell you what date exactly it's paid from because you didn't answer these questions.poppy123456 said:what date exactly you report your health condition and the date you usually receive your money each month.
The advice given is assuming you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives the LCWRA element on your claim.

My 1st fitnote was 27th October I have numerous health conditions and we are on unervesel credit with zero payment payments date 5th August and for LCWRA I have yet received payment0

That means your waiting period will be Oct/Nov, Nov/Dec, Dec/Jan.. first LCWRA payment would be Feb 5th. Your next payment should include the LCWRA element. Money owed is paid separately to your usual monthly amount and can often take a few weeks to pay it to you.

Once they make a decision they have to recalculate all your proviso statements and then compare the revised entitled with what you were previously paid. It's only just 9 days ago which isn't long.Teresamay said:Hi thanks for the reply my sickness started in October so I was told I should receive from January but iv not hurd anything since they told me I was entitled on the 11th July thanks
Note that when the previous statements are revised you will no longer have access to the old versions so if you want a record you should download them now.0 -
That's great thanks I asked for the the assessment by phone the number they told me the lady said ask for it on payments on my journal and I haven't herd anything on my journal there's 3 messages on there that they haven't answered thanks0

It's only been 9 days since the decision was made and it's not unusual for it to take a few weeks. The person that did the assessment wouldn't know anything about the LCWRA payments.

Do you mean assessment report? If so then you can put a message onto your journal and ask them to send it to you.
