Citizens Advice have a page on challenging a PIP decision, which may be a good place to start. They outline that:You need to give specific reasons why you disagree with the decision. Use your decision letter, statement of reasons and medical assessment report to make a note of each of the statements you disagree with and why. Give facts, examples and medical evidence (if available) to support what you’re saying.Have you had a think about what kind of examples you could give to strengthen your evidence?
It may also be worth refreshing your memory on what the PIP descriptors (pipinfo.net) are, so that you can give the most relevant evidence you can.
If you're unsure what's meant by terms like 'reliably' and 'safely' in this context, the additional information section on this Benefits and Work page is quite helpful.
