Guys. Once you put in your online appeal. Can you add further reasons why you should qualify for points in categories that you didn't mention initially online as I was so stressed and panicked. Also my health getting worse so can you use that at tribunal as someone told me that they can only go on your initial claim but it's been since sept 21.

Yes, you can send more evidence and write a submission. You should make sure everything is sent to arrive with HMCTS before the hearing date.

Good afternoon @Thorsfriend
The Tribunal will only consider how your conditions affected you as at the date of your PIP claim. If your conditions have deteriorated substantially and thereby making it even more difficult for you to carry out the PIP activities you will need to make a new PIP claim. You will need to think carefully about this because if you are successful with your current claim your award will be for a closed period and end on the date of of your new claim. Your local citizens advice will be able to help you decide whether the deterioration in your conditions is such that you mat be entitled to you to a higher rate of PIP (or PIP at all). They would also be able to help you put together a submission which essentially serves to draw all your evidence together and explain how and why you are entitled to PIP and, hopefully make it easier for the Tribunal to reach a decision. If you have strong supporting evidence and a good submission it is possible that the DWP may revise its decision without the need for a Tribunal hearing.0
