What does the statement say the deduction is for?
If you are not clear, post a journal message and ask them.
When is your normal UC payment date, the money for June to July may be in your next payment.

Hi and welcome to the community
Did you have an advance at anytime from uc or any debt to them if so they will deduct it from any backpay they owe you0 -
When they recalculate your statements they work out how much you should have been paid, against how much you have been made. They then take away the amount you've been paid and the difference between them is what they owe you.

I had an advanced but they agreed I could pay on a payment plan0

My payment date is 29th July they said I will get just over a 1000 that includes money for my rent I do t understand why I have not had Julys money I have had just an extra 3000
-
If you have an advance even if a payment plan is in place they can still recover what remains outstanding from any back pay
I'm not saying this is what has happened but could be a possibility
If you are unsure then put a note in your journal asking them to explain the payments and deductions mark it a payment query0 -

If you have had the statement but it doesn’t the LCWRA element is not shown just post a payment query and ask them to update the statement.0 -
Are you sure you've had your statement for this month already? With payment being 29th of the month your assessment periods would be 23rd - 22nd of each month so having your statement before the end of your assessment period seems odd.

That isn’t your statement for June to July. When you do get the statement the LCWRA element should be included and you will get paid on 29th July as normal.
The £354.28 for May to June is the LCWRA element for that month.
As the statement says the total for that month is £1079.17 but they have already paid you £724.89 at the end of June so they owe you the £354.28.0 -
That's not your monthly statement. That's a letter telling you how much money they owe you for the LCWRA element. What it means is that during assessment period 23rd May to 22 June, you should have been paid £1079.17 but you were only paid £724.89.They now owe you £354.28, which is exactly what 1 months LCWRA element is. It also mentions money that you owe them so they can take the money from the £354 to pay back what you owe them. You will now receive the extra £354.28 each month going forward. You will receive this months statement on about the 25th July.0

Thank you it’s so confusing0

Yes indeed it is, especially if you don't understand it. It makes it look like they haven't paid you the correct amount of money, which of course they have because you alrerady received some of the money during the assessment period.
