Sorry guys I am a bit confused the letter you receive telling you that they will not be awarding you Pip is that the same as the assessment report.

I only ask because people speak about ticks and comments and I just have the notice with 0 points for everything.

Thanks

The assessment report is prepared by the assessor and is not sent to you unless you ask for a copy. The decision letter is from DWP and is what you get to tell you the decision.

You can request a Mandatory Reconsideration If you wish to challenge the decision. You don’t need the assessment report, all the information you need is in the decision letter.

The letter telling you, you've been refused is the decision letter, not the assessment report. The assessment report is what the assessor writes after you've had your assessment and it goes into more detail than the decision letter. They don't automatically send the report out unless you ask them to.
Your next step is to request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) You should put this in writing stating where you think you should have scored those points and your reasons why.
Giving a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.
The assessment report is not need to request the MR because it can be a distraction to what you should write for the MR.
You should also get some expert advice to check if enough points can be scored for an award. https://advicelocal.uk/

Already done the MR and got 4 points from that and now appealed that and waiting to see what tribunal say.

Should I now ask for assessor report to see what they have put.

No because you will receive that as part of the “bundle” which will include everything you sent such as all your evidence and the PIP2 form.
You now need to start to think about your submission. If you haven’t already given those real world examples I mentioned above then this should be done for your submission. You need to make sure HMCTS receive this before your hearing date.

When you say submissions do you mean the sections you are appealing against the points awarded or do you mean the extra information you submit after the appeal has been sent in.  How long is it before you get the bundle. Thanks

When you lodge an appeal a DWP are given 28 days to reply with the bundle but they often, if not usually, take longer.
