Is it a change of circs if your award says you score 10 points but now you think you only score 8?

So it doesn’t matter that my medical report says loss of consciousness and now it’s not happening as much. Maybe I’m gaining a better control of the seizures according to neurosymptoms.org.

Don't take this as me being rude but lots of members have given you lots of advice which is just being repeated in each thread 

Let it go and put it out of your mind you have got your benefits and you don't need to report any of these slight changes
