I'm glad that your partner has a calming influence on you @dp267p
Are they aware of how worried you're feeling about your benefit claims?
I’m feeling really tense and nervous and scared. Is there anything you can do that sometimes helps you to relax or distract yourself? I like doing things like listening to music, watching TV, doing puzzles, and getting out in the fresh air.

It doesn’t mean you can’t leave the house ALL of the time.It means that the majority of the time you can’t leave the house because of OPD.Going out sometimes will not affect your PIP.This has been talked about extensively on here in the past week or so.Just curious, are you posting using different usernames?0 -
We hear you @dp267p0

Don't worry @dp267p
Are you receiving any support to help you manage your psychosis at the moment?
