Hi my name is Julie. I suffer from an invisible disability called bladder pain syndrome. Feel if my mental health, is starting to suffer. I live in a HMO and am confined to one room. My fiance is a bus driver so he works different shifts. I am stuck looking at 4 walls all day. I try and occupy my mind, by going for a walk or seeing my elderly mother. But feel in a same routine it's driving me mad. I need some advice on how I can get a job, haven't worked in many years, due to complicated circumstances. Any advice please??. I have no income, can't claim benefits, I need my own independence. Want to get married next year, so need a job. Many thanks

Hi and welcome to the community
I would start by looking in some job sites like indeed or Reed , total jobs or the gov jobsite
You can register your details and get alerts when new vacancies are added
Scope also have a work support programme if you look in the employment section0 -
Welcome to the community @juliasnowangel
Thank you for joining, and for telling us about your situation. That sounds like a real challenge.
Here's a link to our employment services. As janer1967 mentioned, they may be able to help you find and secure some suitable work. The advisers are really friendly, so it's worth a shot if you're eligible.
Do you mind me asking what kind of jobs you're interested in doing?
Have you considered volunteering? It can be a good way of getting out and meeting new people, as well as adding skills and experience to your CV.
Are you receiving any support for your mental health at the moment?0
