Hello my name is Charlene, my partner is on contribution based employment and support allowance, I work full time, we are thinking of moving in together. We are looking into the finer details first. Would his benefits stop because I work full time? Id be grateful for any feedback.

If his benefit is just contribution based ESA (no income based element) then it is not affected. It is an individual benefit and is not means tested.

    Does he claim anything else?
