Just looking at my award letter

I was just looking at award letter it’s states I am awarded from 2021 to ongoing award no end date but then on back it states we will be in contact by 2031 to see if you need more help or changes so what’s ongoing award mean

An 'ongoing' award is effectively a 10 year award. There will be some kind of review but hopefully a minimal review rather than the normal full review.0

No one knows that for certain yet because no one has reached the point of a light touch review as yet.
