Hello my husband was getting pip due to mental health and autism when it came to a review early last year he was refused after his assessment to 0 points even though his medication has been upped and added to, the main reason was he goes to work!! and then denied at mandatory reconsideration so we have took it to tribunal and been waiting months it's so stressful and adding to his problems.
Has anyone in a similar situation been successful at tribunal
Thanks for reading

Around 70% of claimants have a decision in their favour at Tribunal, if they appear in person, or through telephone/video hearing. Paper based hearings have a much lower success rate of between 3-8%.There's lots of threads about PIP Tribunals over in the PIP section.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hello @Don123 and thanks for reaching out today. I'm sorry to hear how stressful the PIP application process has been for you up to this point, and how much it's been impacting your husband's mental health too.
I know you're not alone in feeling this way, and please know there is support out there for you. Hopefully the community can help in that regard too.
When you say the wait for a Tribunal is adding to your husbands problems, can I ask exactly what you mean, just so that I understand more fully? Is this something you've spoken to your/his GP about?
I'm going to move your post over into the PIP category so it's easier for members with similar experiences to read, hopefully they can also share their thoughts with you. As has been mentioned above, there's a lot of discussions on Tribunals, so they might be helpful to read.
Can I ask when you put in for an appeal to tribunal? I hope it won't be too much longer until this part of the process gets underway for you.
If we can help with anything else, or have missed anything, please do say. We're here to support you

We have support from his physiatrist and gp.
Been waiting about 9mths for tribunal but knocked of pip for 14mths plus -
Update
After previously being awarded 15 points then at a review went to zero at mandatory reconsideration given 3 points
Finally after a 9mth wait for tribunal today we lost!!
They absolutely grilled on the fact he works absolutely ripped to shreds, disgusting that they can treat someone with severe mental health problems and autism so awful. -
I’m sorry to hear this. He can request the statement of reasons and record of proceedings within 1 month of the date of the decision.
Once these are received he needs to find someone to take a look to see if they can find the error in law. If this isn’t found you won’t be able to take this any further.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I'm also really sorry to hear that @don123. How's he feeling today?
