Feeling really really annoyed with my local job centre

I was a due to have an appointment this coming Monday with my work coach at my local job centre but for some reason it has been cancelled and then rearranged with no explanation.
Hopefully my newest appointment on the 10th of August me n my fiance will get the explanation we deserve as it has upset us both as my work coach always makes my appointments with her for as late in the afternoon as she can as she knows that my mum works nights and my fiance likes to come with me in case I forget to mention something to her then he will tell her for me which she doesn't mind.
Why do job centers think it's of for them to cancel and rearrange your appointments with them without an explanation, but if we need to change it then we have to give them a good enough reason for them to rearrange it?

An appointment can be cancelled for many reasons. Your work coach may be off work with illness so can't do the appointment and there may not have been anyone else to replace them. Covid is still very much here, though it's easy to forget it's not. Lots of places are short staffed because so many people are off work with Covid and your local job centre is one of them.
It's a good thing your appointment was cancelled earlier than the day of the appointment.

That's true, but toe n my fiance it's felt like it's being done deliberately.
In a couple of the messages from my advisor, she's apologised for the "confusion" but she hasn't said anything more
It's left me n my fiance wondering if someone else's appointment was supposed to have been changed and my has been changed instead by mistake

That sounds really frustrating @BrianMcFaddenfan07 :( I can see why you and your fiance might feel a bit worried or confused.

Hopefully the appointment will go ahead on the 10th without any trouble :) Please do keep us updated with how it goes.

Will you be able to do anything between now and then to try and take your mind off of it a bit?

@L_Volunteer I love reading, writing, watching TV with my mum and her lil pomchi cross chihuahu dog.
I also like to visit my family and friends too.
I did find it hard earlier tho as my brother and brother-in-law went back home as they live in West Sussex.
They're hoping to move back to the Northwest sometime in the future.

It sounds like you have lots of things you love doing @BrianMcFaddenfan07. Hopefully, this helps you to find something to do!

Though, I can hear this is hard as your brother and brother-in-law went back home. How are you feeling about them hoping to move back to the Northwest sometime in the future?  :)

I'd love it @L_Volunteer as me and my brother used to watch dvds and play computer games on my ps2 when we lived with our dad.

It sounds like you would love it @BrianMcFaddenfan07. Maybe even get to watch more films and play more games! What were your favourite DVDs and PS2 games? :)

@L_Volunteer I love The Sims games. I had The Sims, The Sims 2, The Urbz: Sims in the city and The Sims Bustin' Out. Me n my brother loved playing The Sims Bustin' Out as your character got to drive different vehicles and go to different places to help other Sims in their homes. We also like playing The Urbz: Sims in the city as you can actually take ur Sim to work and get them to do the job urself. U even get to become friends with The Blackeyed Peas. You can even hear The Blacked Peas songs in the Sims language and it sounds funny as do the Blackeyed peas themselves.

I have fond memories of The Sims: Bustin' Out and Urbz: Sims in the City as well @BrianMcFaddenfan07 :)

I think in Bustin' Out I always tried to become an artist :D  What career path do you like best?

In Urbz I really enjoyed cleaning the windows on the big tower block. I agree the soundtrack was great too.
