Poem called lawn bowls

The lawn bowls roll across a beautiful piece of lawn.
Whilst we have seen competitors for the different countries
Picking wits against each in an attempt to win medals for their country.
As  the games are closely watched by a big audience and the crowd watches on 
As the sun shone on the commonwealth games.

    I caught some of the para lawn bowls during my break today and really enjoyed it @Globster :) I'm actually quite tempted to check out my local club!
