My doctor didn’t know I was claiming PIP. Is this bad? And will it go against me.

It makes no difference. I wouldn’t expect every claimants GP to know they are claiming it. Mine certainly doesn’t and neither does my daughters.No it won’t go against you. It’s nothing to do with any GP.0

He said today he wanted to help me claim it.Just makes me think does this tie into the fact I didn’t have a definitive diagnosis.0

Yeah because he thought I wasn’t already claiming it. I said I claimed it in 2021 for my conditions. I’m due a review soon though0
