ESA didn’t use Gp evidence

I am worried that my ESA claim is fraud because I didn’t use any evidence for my claim. Like a letter from the Gp or even any specialist letters etc. I feel like a total idiot tbh.

Does it matter? Will it go against me? I could have had a more factual report with medical evidence and now I feel a total idiot.

Again, you are overthinking this. Medical evidence isn’t needed for any benefits claim. Even more so letters from GP aren’t the best evidence anyway.
Its nothing to do with fraud.
You were also found to have LCWRA so a factual report wasn’t needed.

Why wasn’t a factual report needed? The nurse didn’t even consider some of my conditions. They aren’t even written down properly.

The decision was LCWRA and you can’t get a higher award than this. Why are you so concerned about a factual report? It clearly wasn’t needed here.
They don’t need to consider all your conditions because if you already meet one of the descriptors then there’s no need to continue with other conditions.

Is LCWRA based on a diagnosis. Based on the fit note that GP’s send? It’s new style ESA so I had to keep providing fit notes.

No it’s not. Exactly like PIP it’s nothing to do with any diagnosis.

Oh. So why do they ask you to send fit notes for payment for NEW Style ESA. That’s what they were doing with me. I claimed it as an extension after my SSP ran out.

I can’t see anywhere on PIP or ESA website that says you don’t need a diagnosis. It says health condition or disability.

Can you verify this information please?

Which is exactly why a diagnosis is not needed because you can’t see that information on any website.
Thousands and thousands of people claim both without a diagnosis. We’ve been through this all on your other thread and other members have also advised exactly the same thing.
We are continuing to go round in circles and there’s nothing further to add.

A Fit Note is simply required as evidence that your GP considers that you have a limitation on your work ability. It is simply a piece of paper to allow an ESA claim to be started. It has no value beyond that and DWP notes makes clear that they have nil interest in Fit Notes when reaching ESA assessments about your work capability.

It is possible to have undiagnosed health conditions or disabilities.
