As I have text message regarding cost of living but I have not received any payment. Please contact me why. I have long health issue as assess by Council. Please he;[ ,e how to claim as energy and fuel crisis

    It will help to know which benefits exactly you are claiming? Not everyone is entitled to the first payment of £326. Full details of the criteria are here. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-payment

    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
