Nervous about my capability dismissal meeting tomorrow.

    You'll have to forgive me for not remembering, but have you had a look at Scope's Employment Support Services before? The team can offer help to disabled people currently in work, as well as those who are looking for work. They might be useful for you if you haven't already been in touch.
