@66Mustang this question was also printed in a Pop psychology book thirty five years ago too.

I’d travel to Russia, kidnap Putin and his accomplices and drag them back here to pay for their war crimes.

I would invent a fuel that could be used by every car , plane , boat ,bike etc that could not pollute but also cheap to produce and produce a bi product could be used as a fertilizer..

I would travel around the world, try different food, learn about different cultures, take plenty photos and try all possible water sport activities, see how this planet could be fixed and how to solve people problems perhaps with resources they have available.

So I’ve also decided to try to lose three stone!
I’ve lost one stone already but I’m on a very low calorie diet. Mostly I’m ok though, I find raw broccolis and carrots and the occasional apple quite filling and I’m using slimfast powder as well as high protein fish.

I just know know I cannot fail to lose at least one more stone, I’m quite determined about it.

That sounds like you're doing a fantastic job @leeCal :) I've always enjoyed eating raw carrots, but I think it's generally quite unusual?

Thank you @Alex_Scope, yes I quite like raw carrot now, they’re actually quite sweet and low calorie so fine for an occasional chomp! 🙂

sorry but can only narrow it down to 2 possible things as both mean as much, b4 i got signed off i had done many tram driving lessons on the seaton tramway and 1 member of staff would let me drive with passengers on as long as he was with me and got that close to passing out before my mental health battles so tram or train driving would be 1 and the other major all time dream due to my love of comedy and making people laugh would be to get on stage and have a good size audiance laughing there heads off as i always make staff and customers laugh when i do my voluntary hours

No @Biblioklept I’m not following a plan I’m just using will power, slimfast and common sense. I have found that my metabolism is very slow though as I’m sedentary most of the time. In order to lose weight therefore I’ve had to really lower my calories. I’ll do this for no longer than eight weeks then eat sensibly but less than was my normal for a month then go low again. It should work, I’m told I can safely lose one pound to two pounds a week and I’m barely losing one so obviously my body is fighting back atm.

As a snack ive started eating raw cauliflower, it’s actually very good for you, contains loads of minerals and vitamins and is low calorie, yum 😋

I would train to be a paramedic, its always been a dream for me since I was young. But they don't accept people who have autism so never been able to do it. +the lacking in qualifications and everything.
