Hello, I'm looking for Advice about my husband's carer's allowance. He gets £67 a week, but I've just read about a premium allowance. I get LCWRA, highest for all pip, and highest disability allowance. I'm aware this sounds greedy, but like most, as his carers allowance is classed as earnings, he gets it taken away. Hes nearly 60, a type one diabetic, and asthma. He doesn't claim for anything. Does anyone have a similar situation. Thanks in advance.

LCWRA is part of Universal Credit so i assume you must be claiming that . As it's a means tested benefit then your husband will be claiming that with you, if you live together as a couple.
When claiming carers allowance at the same time as UC it's not classed as earnings, it's classed as other income and reduces your UC £1 for £1. There's no financial gain to claiming both of those together.
You need to make sure your UC includes the carers element of £168.81. If it doesn't then your husband needs to report a change of circumstances and tell them he's caring for you.
There are no disability premiums payable when claiming UC.
