Help for my son who has severe complex needs due to meningitis

My son is now 6 moved to house for his severe disability needs epilepsy hypertonia global development delay registered blind but at 4 stone still no help to get up and down stairs and no hoist down stairs Walsall council services are shocking need legal advice anyone give advice please

Sorry to hear that you are struggling to get support for your son, it must be really worrying for you as a parent that at such an important point in his life he isn't receiving the help you feel he needs.
Have the council given any reason as to why they haven't been able to provide as much support as you think they should? Has your son got a doctor or specialist who you are in regular contact with about his conditions? It might be worth getting in touch with them to request a supporting medical letter that will explain to the council why he needs extra help.0
