Benefits confusion. Shoulf I still be entitled for council tax reduction?

I would love to find out the answer if I'm a single parent of a dependant and a non-dependant who has a baby both live with me if I claim lwc are a and non-dependant with baby claim universal credit will my housing benefit get deducted can she also claim towards housing benefit question number 2 if I didn't pay council tax due to entitlement should I still be entitled to my for council tax reduction due to none dependant living with me with baby prior to non-dependant not having baby I was still entitled to full council tax reduction

Under UC there is a fixed amount that is deducted from the housing element for a non dependant £77.87/month. If either you or the non dependant receive PIP Daily Living then there will be no housing cost contribution deduction.
Having LCW or LCWRA makes no difference.
If the tenancy is your name only then your non dependant cannot claim the housing element herself.
Your non dependant is likely to be expected to contribute towards the council tax. Again, if either of you get PIP, there may be no contribution expected but every local authority makes their own rules so it will depend on your local authority. I wouldn’t expect having therapy to make any difference.
I can’t remember if your grandchild will increase your bedroom allowance (not that this would matter if your help with rent already covers your full rent anyway).
