    @SueHeath

    Haha

I thought Manuka honey was the really posh honey that comes with a number and the higher numbers cost more?

    Might be wrong haha

Oh no @66Mustang you are right, i would call it medicinal honey, i used to get it at the health shops but found a great place on line that have the real stuff but cheaper, cutting middle man out. I've used it for years and am a believer in it ha ha. xx

@SueHeath I didn't know it had medicinal benefits, I thought it was just meant to taste different to normal honey. What are the benefits?

That's always annoying @Teigr! Do you have a neighbour they could leave it with?

What do you do with the Manuka honey @SueHeath? There's a herbal tea with Manuka honey in it that I quite like to drink when I have a cold :)

Our son will be home@Tori-Scope but he often wears headphones and doesn't realise someone's at the door.

Hi @66Mustang @Tori_Scope I have taken manuka honey for years, i also try different supplements trying to find relief for my condition mmmmm haven't found a miracle cure yet ha ha.
I take a teaspoon full each morning it is supposed to ward of colds as well.
Very good for sore throats, stings, bites and burns i have and do use it for these conditions, directed on the skin and it does work.
NHS are using it more and more on dressing etc x

That's happened to me before too @teigr. Or they say they've knocked, but in reality it was more of a gentle stroke of the door ;)

    That's interesting, thanks for sharing @SueHeath :)

Propolis gel is good for skin conditions too, I think bees make it to keep their hives free from infection, it has similar uses to honey.

I buy a lot of items online, more so now than usual because I have moved in to a new flat. The last item was a wet/dry electric shaver, or it could have been a pair of slippers. Tbh, I have lost all track!

As mentioned in another thread, I replaced my wheelchair cushion, but I needed to put something else in my basket to qualify for free Amazon delivery, so I bought a Still Game DVD box set.

I ordered my coffee pads that thankfully arrive tomorrow. Also, a small tv for my bedroom, for when I'm wiped out with pain. I've been wanting to buy a small sofa, so I could transfer onto it & watch the box. The penny then dropped that it would be easier & cheaper to buy a little telly, what a derbrain!! 😆

Excellent choice there @JessieJ you cant beat having that extra entertainment when you're really struggling to move about. :)

I just bought two very exciting things. A 12 pack of candy floss and a big bag of nuts for the pigeons.

Only the nuts are for the birds, the candyfloss is for me of course. 😆

Cheers, it will be a blessing, Albus ☺️

Funnily enough, I've just ordered a couple of bits to connect a Fire Stick I was given, also….yesterday, I ordered a bucket of pigeon food, no candy floss though. 😉 Enjoy it!
