Hi ,so basically ive recently been assessed as having lcwra , i first provided evidence in january this year and was accessed in june ,nearly 3 months on im still not receiving extra element ,apparently when i last provided a fit note it had been input from 12.4.22 as opposed to 12 .3.22 which is when my previous one ended , as my claim was telephone based it was a agent who input the dates , i wasnt informed of this break until after assessment, infact it was only when changing claim to online based ie journal i could see the dates diddnt quite add up i pointed the error out to c.M and was told to ask for m.R , this was near 3 months ago had no communication whatsoever from d.M , also the logical thing to me was to ask my gp for a duplicate copy of original fit note which showed my evidence was all up to date it was a clerical error by the telephone agent who took the details over the phone , ican anybody give me information on a possible outcome of this ,thanks

Unfortunately there is no timescale for MR decisions.
(It would have made sense for you to take the Fit Notes to the JobCentre where they could have scanned them and added them to your file.)0 -
Ii was provided with ' a link to upload it to my journal as it was a pdf file not a paper document but yes ,i sent it over , i attended my local jobcentre today in hope of an update of sorts , was told the same by staff there ,but the guy said to not expect anything to be changed by d.M , his word where i might be friends with g.p so for all d.M knows i could of asked my g.P to change the dates? Surely they shouldnt say this .Also if there was a break in evidence wouldnt i have to start whole process again ie capability for work questionare egcalcotti said:Unfortunately there is no timescale for MR decisions.

No, not at all. If there's a break in your fit notes then the waiting period is just delayed in starting.

But there wasnt/isnt a break in my evidence as the duplicated copy of the original fit note shows , just evidently a clerical error from agent who input the datapoppy123456 said:common1709 said:

Sorry poppy i know you never im just massively frustrated at the moment, strange thing is i had a similar situation a few years back but on esa , there wasnt no m.r procsess they just rectified the error the moment i provided another copy of fit notepoppy123456 said:common1709 said:

It's so frustrating when things go wrong like this and it isn't our fault @common1709, that's understandable!
If you can, keep us in the loop with how things go, and I hope it's all resolved quickly for you
Let us know if anything else comes up in the meantime as well.0 -
just thought I’d post a quick update , last week I received a notification in my journal thesaid the d.m had looked at the decision and changed the date of my Lcwra award , surprisingly not from when I first gave evidence of my conditions back in January of this year , but actually from April last year when I first made a claim for u.c , which is when I first informed them of my health conditions, I received just under 5k in backdated lcwra element1
