Hi @sadia7860,
you did not mention where do you live.
If you live in London please contact the Hackney HiP organisation.
They may be able to help, otherwise they can direct you to another organisation within your local area. You can also contact Hackney Ark and they will may be able to help you too.Additionally, if you open minded person and would you like to try something new as alternative approach would be good to try to take child/children to Reiki healer for a Reiki healing session to balance energy in all chakras. But as I said it is alternative way of trying something new.My son is a healthy growing boy but few years back I had to go alone to my home country to look after mum and I have to live him for two weeks at his dad place. My son had panic attacks due to the fact that we will be separated for two weeks once I aimed to go abroad. The panic attacks carried for two months and I took my son to Reiki healer so she could balance the energy of all chakras as I could not deal with sudden change in his behaviour. I must say it really helped.
I would also try to get someone involved to help to find out through talk , conversation what is really deeply upsetting your children at the moment. Perhaps, there is something you don’t known because they didn’t open to speak about it yet. Please get in touch with organisation I mentioned above they may be able help or direct you to correct places for help.1 -
@sadia7860 don’t be afraid to ask for help, you cannot do everything yourself, sometimes is good to let people step into our life and let them sort some staff for us.In more complicated cases from legal point you could reach law centre. In each borough of city should be law centre for people on benefits which could support you when it comes to deal with Council.I think your children really missing on free access to the garden they used to have before. If I would grow in house with garden and than be placed into small flat, I would not be happy myself too.Perhaps there is a chance to create more creative corner for your children in one of the rooms by installing a swing chair under ceiling or hammock or add some plastic climbing rocks on the wall for activity or add some flat ladders attached to the wall for children to climb up. Just to bring some of the activities they would do normally out in the garden for the time indoors. I think I would do this if I would be in similar situation.I can imagine that you could search for ways to add sensory toys, elements which would make they environment more friendly and creative to explore once they are more indoor ( it does not have to be new, there is plenty people giving away things those days completely free). Next door platform, FB market place, Olio app are good places to start with.
Children love creativity and when they enter creative world they settle and change behaviour too. Once the hands are busy the brain relax too and children forget about what upset them in first place. They even open and start talk how they feel. Small children do not like usually changes in life and changing place of living is a big thing in life.Creativity also allow for more time together as a family too what create strong bonds and help with any form of anxiety.1 -

Hi @sadia7860,
I hope you will find all support you need. I found also this organisation in your area https://autismwestmidlands.org.uk/what-we-do/community-support-services/birmingham/ . It sounds like they provide support, trainings, webinars too.Additionally, I found the law centre too : https://www.centralenglandlc.org.uk/
Perhaps, you can find a bit of support from above too.1
