Hello @dawny63 and welcome to the community, thanks for joining and reaching out this week. It can be very hard to talk about how we're feeling, so thanks for being so open. I want you to know you're not alone in this, and we are here to support you.
You'd be welcome to browse our categories: Chronic Pain and Pain Management and Rare, Invisible and Undiagnosed Conditions to connect with other members in similar situations, and perhaps learn more about your conditions.
Have you spoken to your GP or loved ones about how things are making you feel at the moment? Your GP might be able to help with the impact of your conditions on your mental health.Dawny47 said:Have aoo many tablets to take each day and waiting for the pain clinic from hospital another 4 months it's all making me so low knowing what I can claim and bit to times I feel like I want to give yo but all my kids and grandkids stop me from doing anything x
You are welcome to use the community to reach out for support anytime, and there are some great organisations you can go to for help as well. You can call Samaritans on 116 123 to have someone to listen and not to judge, and you don't need to be at crisis point to chat.
You can also text "SHOUT" to 85258 for support 24/7 if you prefer.
You might also like to visit the mental health charity Mind's website, they have lots of resources and advice which might help with how you're feeling, including how to help yourself with feelings of suicide. If ever you don't feel safe, remember to call 999 or visit A&E as soon as you can.
If there's anything you feel we can help with, please let us know. You can also call the Scope Helpline if you'd rather talk with one of our advisers as well.
