You need to request the Statement of Reasons and Record of Proceedings from HMCTS within 1 month of the date of the decision. Once you receive these you need to find someone to have alook through them to see if they can find the error in law. If it's not found you will not be able to take it any further.

There's nothing more you can do until you receive the SOR and ROP and there's no timescales how long it will take to receive them. The judge will need to write them up first, which can take quite some time and they will only do them when they have some spare time.
Once they are sent, you will have 1 month from that date. I can't advise on your Tribunal because i don't know anything about your case. You can use this link to see if there's an advice agency near you to help with the SOR when you receive them. https://advicelocal.uk/ I do know that Citizens Adivce don't help with things like this so you will need to see if there's a law centre or welfare rights near you.

Yes but as i advised, there are no timescales how long this could take. If you can find an advice agency to have a look to see if they can find the error in law then that's good. The whole process going forward could take another year at least, if the error is found.
