Welcome to the community @Kimmylou89
It's really great to hear that you've been finding the community helpful!
Would you like to tell us a bit about your own experiences of having a child who's undergoing assessments for autism?
I'm wondering whether you might find it helpful to access one of our family services, too, such as Navigate or Parents Connect.0 -

Yea he is under the NHS atm which is a long waiting list I know he is only 4 and can't give him his assessment until he is 5-6 but they have told me that it is about 2-5 year waiting list to get his full diagnosis that's in my area. He has been diagnosed with a thing called pica which is on the spectrum his doctor said. His dad is an undiagnosed adhd told the doctors he is now 29 years old and what help would it do if he had paper work saying he has adhd. And I have dislexya so any help would be great.0 -
