ESA Permitted work question - self employed

so I am registered as self employed and run my own business, I am also subcontracted to work for someone and have a ebay shop to top up income when main business is slow.. so jack of all trades. but have been on ESA for a few months due to physical problems which have prevent me from working and also anxiety issues.  We (with my husband) have applied for UC as he is also self employed and income is down loads and with me not working we are struggling.   I am now tho so confused about claiming  ESA and universal credit together and also need to start preparing to return to work.  

My health has improved slightly and I have had some sales from my ebay shop (which I haven't had for a few months) - so this is now income - I need to start doing some light duties, ie admin and marketing to get work when I return to work, sort items sold from my shop  but also take on some small jobs to ease me back in to practical stuff.  I have read I need to fill in a PW1 form if I want to start working but i am struggling to complete this as my work dosent fit in to their boxes - ie how much will I earn - how many hrs will I be doing as this will vary and also will not always be paid work as such.  So now I am stressing about how to fill the form in and what is permitted work etc - any help appreciated.

    If you claim both ESA and UC the EAsA is deducted from the UC.
    Permitted work only applies to ESA. There are no limits on UC.
    However your ESA would be worked out on you as an individual whereas UC is calculated on your joint circumstances. So is going to make most sense for you may depend on your circumstances.
