Please can anyone advise, I have been receiving low living allowance since September 2021. I put in a change of circumstance/really a realisation/ acceptance of my condition in December 2020, they then stopped my low living allowance and I had to do a MR. I was successful in getting my low living allowance back and also go low mobility. My question is should I be back paid the low mobility part of the claim, I don’t seem to be getting anywhere with DWP??

Yes, providing you had the worsening of condition for at least 3 months when you reported the changes it should be paid from the date you reported the changes.
