Hi, I applied 2/12/21 and I then had to appeal the decision letter so it went to tribunal the decision was overturned 1/9/22
I have received decision letter acknowledging that I have been awarded but it doesn't have any details of payment dates ect.
Does anyone know when I will receive further information or receive any backdated money owed.?
Thanks

Good news. A Tribunal decision letter never has any payment details on them because they don’t know how much you’re owed. Only DWP can pay you what is owed. After a Tribunal win it can take anything up to around 8 weeks to pay what they owe and put your award into payment.1

Thankyou for your reply hoping for less than 8 weeks as it has been a long time coming my first initial application was in 2019 and unfortunately I was too ill to apeal within the dates and finally after 10 months of waiting I've finally got a decision0

DWP have the same chance we do to appeal the decision. Before they can do this they need to request the statement of reasons. They have 1 month from the date of the decision to request this. Once they receive it they need to find the error in law before they can appeal. They sometimes request the SOR but rarely appeal it.0
