I've received a tax rebate. Will I still qualify for the next CoL payment?

I am new to the forums.
I have recently been awarded a tax rebate because I was taxed on my small railway pension.
I believe my UC award this month on 17th September will be nil, as the tax rebate will be classed as income.
What I am worried about is that although not yet released the 2nd qualifying period dates for the cost of living payments, and because my award this period will be nil.
Will I still qualify for the next payment, as although I have received the tax rebate, the payment will actually pay my rent.

I can't tell you whether your next CoL payment is affected because the qualifying criteria hasn't been announced yet. If the qualifying period falls on when your UC was reduced to zero because of earnings (tax rebate) then you will not qualify for the £324.
