Further information
The HOPE study is investigating the impact of adjustments for SEND on children’s health and education. This is of such importance as SEND provision aims to improve access to education while supporting health and wellbeing. However, SEND’s impact on health outcomes has never been evaluated.
There are three different surveys for:
- Children and young people with SEND (those aged 11-27);
- Parents and carers of children and young people with SEND; and
- Health, education, or local authority professionals working with children and young people with SEND.
All surveys can be accessed at this link, and take 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
For more information about HOPE, please visit their website.
If you would also like to become further involved in the HOPE Study, including becoming an advisory group member, please contact the team by emailing hope21@medschl.cam.ac.uk
