Severe disability premium?

Hi I’m really confused.
I receive income based ESA support group and was just awarded enhanced PIP.
I had to call ESA to continue my payments as they wanted info about my living arrangements. I informed them I live with 2 adults one works and one claims PIP. No one receives carers allowance for me. As expected they said I probably wouldn’t be entitled and I received my normal ESA payment.
Today from ESA 2 days later I received £69.40. This is the severe disability premium for one week? I’m so confused as I thought I wouldn’t be entitled and I’m also confused as to why the amount is for one week?
Does anyone understand? Thanks x

Also to add if I am entitled to SDP will this be backdated to when I started my PIP claim?0

If you was entitled yes. Phone ESA on Tuesday and speak to them again because you don’t want an overpayment.0

Whether or not the SDP is applicable depends on what your relationship is with the two adults you live with. Are they family or joint tenants?0

My dad and his wife. So family. My dad receives PIP. His wife doesn’t and works full time. I pay them rent but no official agreement. The man on the phone who filled out the form last week said he’s not sure but it’s unlikely I’d be entitled. So I’m confused about the 69.40 payment x0

You don’t appear eligible. As suggested, ring them on Tuesday.0

Okay so I’m now more confused than ever. Today I’ve received 2 change in award letters both with the same date with completely different amounts. I have absolutely no idea which one is the correct one.I called the helpline and waited a total of 1hr and 15 mins and then it cut itself off0

One letter is without the SDP, the other is with the SDP. All you can do is speak to them, try ringing early in the morning.0
