Are you reliable or 'reliably unreliable' if you work?
It would appear to be difficult to be consistent with work, when battling a condition of the mind.

ReliableI’m reliable with regard to my work and in the past I have struggled into work when I shouldn’t have done, putting my health secondary to.my commitments to my work and colleagues.
I’ve reduced my hours now though and will definitely put my health first.0 -
ReliableI think it's really powerful and important that you have highlighted that health should indeed come first @Karen7788. Both mental health and physical health should come first.
Keep looking after yourselves!0
