Hi every one hope your all well the care I’m currently recieving from my mental health team is beyond shocking and I have made a complaint to pals just wondering if any one else has made a complaint via pals and how did you get on x

Im sorry I don’t know anything about pals but I’m sure someone will answer with some help.

Hi and welcome to the community 

I made a complaint on Friday regarding cancelled appt for eye clinic 5 weeks overdue now from when consultant wanted to see me post surgery and have list surgery complication I'm blind in one eye and limited vision in other which is at risk 

So far had response to say passed on for investigation

My complaint worked just had call offering me appt for Sunday

Very pleased to hear from you @cupcake88 - you've been missed. I'm sorry things are no better for you with your mental health team. Let's hope your complaint is looked into & you have the same success as Jane. Something definitely needs to be done as your problems with your team have gone on far too long. I too hope you had a lovely wedding.
