Hi guys thanks for previous answers, I’ve another question then, how do I contact someone to change my bank details for next payment???
I’ve been told it’s paid to lead claimant of old joint claim??? Old bank account??
or nothing going round in circles!
I’ve done two missing payment forms and both different answers and no contact details on either???!
someone must be administering this and have a guidance document to refer to??? Dwp say call uc and vice versa! No answer yet!

Why do you need to change the bank details for your next payment? In your previous thread you said you were claiming Uc with a partner and this claim ended and you’re now claiming as a single person.
The next payment of £324 will go into the bank they use to pay your usual monthly payment. I’m assuming you changed your bank details when you went from a joint to a single claim?UC is part of DWP. They are not responsible for making these payments, the Government make them.May I ask why you’ve done 2 missing payment forms? Your first payment would have gone to the bank account used when you were claiming as a joint claim. You would only receive 1 payment between you, as advised in your other thread.
