Telephone or Laptop ???

How do you access the forum - i ask this because for an instance - One member was helping another member to edit a post, and mention the cog under their user name, i use a crome book and my cog is top right hand side of were i right ??

    I use an iPad Pro, but I have a keyboard and mouse for it (wireless). I do also own a laptop that is very old but still works so I thought that was the best option.

    Desktop mostly, iphone sometimes. The cog to edit is in the same place regardless of which one i use. After 59 minutes the cog will disappear because after this time we can't edit our own comments.

    Phone as need to use magnifier glasses and canr get close enough to see laptop

    Ir was me that said about cog to edit it appears top right adjacent to my user name on my phone
