So I have missed my pip assesmtn calls twice because they have either called an hour later than they was supposed to or my anxiety has been so bad that I couldn’t answer the phone.
Does anyone have any advice on what I can do with this, been told by friends I should apply for pip but I work full time but struggle with things like answering the phone and day to day things like showering and making sure I am eating properly.

Contact the assessment provider. You risk your case being passed back to the DWP.0

Hi @pyromad and thanks for reaching out today, welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear what's happened with your assessment.
I'd encourage you to contact the assessment provider as soon as you can, as bg844 has suggested.
If you don't feel comfortable calling them, is there a friend or loved one who might be able to call on your behalf? You'd need to be with them in the room, in case there's security questions.
Let us know how you get on, or if you have any other questions, and we'll do what we can to help

When they give you an assessment time, they usually give you a timescale where they will ring you. Of course they could potentially ring you after that timescale. It really depends on how long the previous assessments took. If they went over the time then yes, it pushes back other assessments. It's a little like going for lots of other appointments, we are rarely called in on time.
