Health assessment report

Hi, I had my health assessment last week for universal credit. I just called them today to get a copy of the health professionals report and they say they cant give me a copy until after a decision has been made. I wanted the report as I wanted to send it with my PIP claim which I need to complete in less than two weeks. Is it true I cant get the report until the decision is made?
Also my work coach told me the day after my assessment that there was a note saying I had either LCW or LCWRA (I cant see this on my journal). Could the work coach know this so soon after the assessment and especially as the decision cant have been made yet?
Thanks

Hi and welcome to the community
It is usual that they don't let you have copy of report till after decision it's not like pip where you can request report
Wca decision can sometimes be made quite quick and likely your work coach may have some indication and informed to amend your work commitments
They will inform you earn the letter is all ready to be uploaded to your journal

@raj123
You need to do a Subject Access Request instead. You can do this at anytime and the DWP will have to respond and their reply will include the WCA report if you ask for it even if they haven't made a decision.
But they can take 1 month to reply which might not help with your PIP deadline (you can always request an extension of the deadline by phoning or writing to PIP, the timings may work then).
You can do it online on gov.uk0 -
