I was awarded pip standard rate and I’m on esa income related too but they say I’m not entitled too SDP because I’m registered at my sons and sofa surf between my mum son and daughter is this correct I’m not a tennent my son works and is the tennent but does not pay anything too me ?

DWP are correct in telling you you're not entitled to SDP, this is because you don't live alone. Even if you were paying rent to your son, you still won't be entitled to it, unless he was either registered blind or claiming a qualifying disability benefit himself.

Knowing the basic rules that you must live alone in order to qualify.

I live with my adult daughter, she claims PIP so I’m entitled to the SDP in my ESA.0 -
