Hello,
I was awarded lcwra on the 25th August. I sent my first note in on 18th May 22.
I am still waiting for a payment. Can someone please shed light on this. I presumed I would have the first payment in September. The fourth full month. I get universal credit on the 17th and it didn't show on 17th September statement.
Thanks

Your assessment periods (AP) are 11th to 10th of every month. You sent your first fit note in AP May to June, which doesn't count because you sent it after the assessment period started, so it's not a full month. As you correctly stated, it's paid from the 4th month but it has to 3 full AP waiting time. This means your waiting period is June/July, July/August, August/Sept.. LCWRA starts from AP 11th Sept to 10th October and first payment will be 17th October.1

Welcome to the community @moonlight26
Has poppy123456's comment helped you to understand that a little better? I know the dates can get a bit confusing!
