Hi I was on universal credit and was topped up with sick money and disability premium
for 3 years then I was forced in to work or money was been stopped
I lasted 3 months and I relapsed back at home now sick every day
uc50 form filled out and I spoke with them didn’t need a medical still waiting for decision
my pip is highest rate this is up for renewal didn’t need a medical for this I’ve
the problem am having I have handed fit notes to universal credit they have been sending me appointments after appointments threatening with sanctions and it’s made me have very bad stomach to the point I can’t eat can’t sleep head aches they have caused this I have made 3 complaints still they hound me i am getting no peace from them can any one point me in a direction for some one to help me please I really need help and need answers they have belittled me so much
I’m my life is bad enough been stuck with the illness
it’s destroyed my hole family I didn’t ask to be like this am having to battle to keep my self alive I am a fully qualified plasterer can earn 10 x as much as they can give me but I can’t go to work as I am very very unwell

When claiming UC you're classed as a job seeker until a decision is made on your work capability assessment. It's the work coaches discretion whether they turn off or reduce your commiments.Once the assessment report is returned to DWP a decision can take up to 12 weeks. If found to have LCWRA then you will receive extra money from the 4th month after you reported your health condition.Once a decision is made, if you have access to a journal the letter will be uploaded onto there.0

You mentioned that your UC used to be topped up with sick money, do you mean that you used to have LCW/LCWRA in your UC and then were changed to look for work? How long ago was the decision made by UC to make you look for work again?0
