LCWRA element is an extra £354.28/month. This is payable from the 4th month of your claim starting from when you reported your health condition. You must have sent a fit note and continued to send them without any gaps until a decision was made on your work capability assessment. When it's paid from exactly will depend on the exact date you reported your health condition and what date you usually receive your money each month.Based on limited information the extra money will be from either May or June 2022.0

Ok my payday is the 3rd my health condition was reported on the 13th (Jan) I also have 2 month period where I ddnt provide sick notes as I was homeless and also at the start of the year you needed to report a change to upload a fit note which had mislead myself into thinking that continuous fit notes arnt needed0

Gaps in your fit note can affect when the LCWRA element is paid from. It will be down to a decision maker to make that decision.
If it starts from Jan 13th then your waiting period will be Feb/March, March/April, April/May … LCWRA starts from May/June assessment period and first payment would be 3rd July.If they don’t accept the gap in your fit notes then it will start from when they were continuous.0
